This problem started happening recently. Every time I unplug my laptop to use it, the expectancy on it goes lower and lower every time, where its at about 30 minutes now, compared to 90 minutes about a year ago. Also, it seems to decrease a minute or so every time I recharge and unplug it. I already recalibrated the battery, but it doesn’t seem to have made a difference. Do I need a new laptop battery or could there be something worse? Thanks
My Laptop battery is at full charge, but when I am using it in my bedroom I just keep it plugged in so it won’t use any of my battery life. Do you think it’s bad for the battery to keep the laptop plugged in after the battery is fully charged? I have left my laptop plugged in for days already without using the battery, but I don’t want to kill the battery by doing so. You know what I mean?
Thanks much!
I just got a new laptop and I heard that one should remove the battery when the computer is plugged in to keep the battery from dying quickly. In my old laptop I left the battery in all the time, I don’t think I ever removed it.
Should I remove the battery when I have the computer plugged in? Should I just keep the battery in the computer all the time? Is there a difference?
